Business Analyst- 2-year fixed-term contract

Reporting to the Program Director, work with leaders, subject matter experts, technology teams and vendors to translate business needs into workable change.

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.

• Map current-state processes and define practical future-state processes.

• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Develop workflows, procedures and operating model documentation.

• Support data readiness, migration, integration and solution design.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect follow-up and sign-off.

• Support business readiness, cutover, go-live and handover.

What you will bring

• Proven Business Analyst experience in ERP, HRIS, workforce management, payroll,  finance or systems transformation.

• Strong process-mapping, requirements and documentation skills.

• Confidence facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience supporting integration, data migration, testing and implementation.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant qualifications in business, information technology or a related field.

• Aged care, healthcare, regulated sector or multi-site experience will be highly regarded.
