Business Analyst (6004)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida . This is an onsite, contract position.

SALARY: $45-$48hr (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech or financial services
• Experience with AI tools (AI Studio and modern AI tooling), with a strong focus on recent tools and multiple platforms
• Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets and generate AI-driven insights
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations
• Experience with requirements tracking and Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA & Confluence
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to develop actionable AI-driven insights
• Collaborate effectively with team members using Agile practices and tools
• Communicate complex data findings clearly and professionally
• Work with AI tools to enhance data analysis and insight generation
• Support project deliverables related to financial industry data and AI integration
