Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work with product, engineering, business stakeholders, and investors.
• Facilitate key Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Maintain clear requirement and workflow documentation.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Proficient in Figma, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience with AI agents or AI-powered products.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Startup or small product-team experience is preferred.
