Business Analyst - AIFM

On behalf of a leading financial services organization, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their Transformation team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business and technology, supporting transformation initiatives, redesigning processes and improving operational efficiency across Finance, Regulatory and Operations.

Your role:

• Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes across Finance, Regulatory and operational functions, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Lead process reviews, workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business challenges, identify root causes and define future-state processes.
• Document processes, operating models, controls, business requirements, data requirements and information flows in a clear and structured manner.
• Support the definition of Target Operating Models, transformation roadmaps and business cases, including impact assessments and benefits analysis.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and Product Requirement Documents, working closely with technology and operational teams.
• Support solution design, testing activities and User Acceptance Testing, including test scenarios, execution support and defect tracking.

Your profile:

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or Transformation, ideally gained within investment funds environment.
• Previous experience in business transformation, process redesign, Target Operating Models or regulatory change initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Sigma or similar tools would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
