What they need
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- With financial or accounting background (required)
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems; 0–1 year of experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide helpdesk support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate incident resolution.
- Basic knowledge of system configuration and user access management.
- Ability to maintain support documentation and records.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
