Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Perform gap analysis and design business processes
• Deliver clear requirements to the development team to minimize rework

2. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage expectations
• Prioritize tasks and requirements
• Facilitate meetings and propose business solutions

3. Data & UX Support

• Analyze user behavior (e.g., GA4)
• Collaborate with designers on UX/UI improvements
• Enhance user experience and improve conversion rates

4. Testing & User Readiness

• Perform system testing (Internal Testing / UAT)
• Support users and ensure readiness before go-live

5. Process Improvement

• Improve workflows and adopt new tools (e.g., AI tools)
• Develop and enhance BA templates and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis
• Experience in Digital Product or Platform development
• Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., HR, ERP, Workflow) or Customer Journey / eCommerce
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
• Skilled in User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and basic wireframing (Figma, Balsamiq)
• Proficient in process modeling (Flowchart, BPMN, Sequence Diagram)
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Basic SQL and data analysis skills; able to interpret dashboards (GA4, Tableau, Power BI)
• Understanding of APIs (JSON/REST) for system integration discussions
• UX/UI mindset with focus on user-friendly design
• Able to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity
