Business Analyst (BA)

Act as the main point of contact to communicate with team in Vietnamese to accurately capture business requirements. Translate and clearly convey the understood requirements to the technical team at in English. Collaborate closely with technical team members to clarify requirements, explain business logic, and support technical analysis when needed. Conduct Fit & Gap analysis between the SSV and 7GT systems to propose suitable integration and development solutions. Analyze and report on the impact of new feature development, with a focus on addressing identified gaps. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and coordinate issue resolution during implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in software development projects. Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese with strong logical thinking. Proficient in English (both written and verbal), capable of presenting business requirements and technical feedback to offshore teams. Experience with Fit & Gap analysis is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
