Responsibilities:
o Work closely with business to translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Marketing Cloud configuration and working with Salesforce Admins as needed.
o Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through effective communication, leadership, oversight and execution.
o Analyze business solution needs, gather requirements, execute to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables.
o Be a liaison between business, IT and other data management support teams.
o Develop and implement strategies for Marketing Cloud adoption within business.
o Work closely with vendor resources to rely requirements, build, test, and launch.
o Ensure team is leveraging new features and functionality as they are developed and released.
o Organize, document and lead release management efforts across the platforms.
o Work with Salesforce Admins to facilitate changes in the Salesforce platform to assist with marketing strategies.
o Implement solutions to ensure and monitor data quality within Salesforce.
Qualifications/Requirements:
o Bachelors degree and 5+ years of progressive business experience.
o Understanding of Integration scenarios and design: Data Architecture.
o Strong documentation and training skills.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
o Proficiency with JIRA and JIRA Align
o Excellent Presentation, Written and Oral Communication Skills.
o Experience in a business analysis capacity.
o Experience with or understanding of Agile Project Management.
o Strong understanding of financial card services business processes.

o Experience with both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
