Business Analyst – Banking & Lending

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking and Lending domain experience to work closely with business and technology stakeholders in defining requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering effective business solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements within an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Create clear and structured business requirements and process documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support solution delivery by clarifying requirements and addressing business-related questions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking and Lending industry.
• Strong understanding of Banking and Lending operations, products, and business processes.
• Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and process modeling.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and present complex information clearly.
• Pragmatic, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, and technology teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on Banking, Lending, Credit, Loans, or related financial services projects.
• Experience collaborating with both business and technology teams.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and requirements documentation tools.
