Business Analyst (Banking and Lending)

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Analyst with strong Banking and Lending domain experience to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams in delivering effective business solutions.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of banking and lending operations, strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The candidate should also be comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process models, workflows, and business documentation to support solution design and delivery.
• Work closely with business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and workshops.
• Support the development and implementation of business solutions aligned with banking and lending requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout development and testing.
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong understanding of banking and lending operations, products, and business processes.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Pragmatic, analytical, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities while meeting project objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on banking, lending, or financial services projects.
• Familiarity with lending processes such as loan origination, credit assessment, loan processing, and loan servicing.
• Experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and requirements management practices.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
