Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead Guided Requirement Discovery Workshops.
• Capture, document, and validate customer requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (FSD).
• Work closely with TC, Engineering, and Solution teams.
• Ensure readiness before development begins.
• Identify scope gaps and align stakeholders early.
• Support UAT and customer validation.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a BA in integration / SaaS environments.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Experience working with APIs, identity, or HR systems.
• Ability to run structured customer workshops.
