ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst Cum Founders Office professional who can work closely with the Founder/Owner across strategy, operations, meetings, analytics, process improvement and business growth. The role requires a hands-on person who can understand problems across departments, convert discussions and business requirements into structured action plans, and ensure timely execution through strong follow-up and coordination.
The candidate will actively coordinate with HR & Hiring, Accounts/Finance, Operations, Marketing and other business functions, while assisting the Founder in overall business strategy and growth planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a strategic, analytical and operational extension of the Founder/Owner and support day-to-day business priorities.
Coordinate all important meetings: schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, ensure required stakeholders attend and document key discussion points.
¢ Create Google Sheets / trackers from meeting discussions with action items, responsible persons, deadlines, status and closure.
¢ Follow up with concerned departments and individuals on all assigned action items and ensure timely execution.
¢ Convert Founder-level decisions into clear departmental tasks and monitor implementation.
¢ Identify recurring operational problems, bottlenecks and gaps and convert them into practical SOPs, checklists, workflows and control points.
¢ Develop department-wise SOP checklists to smooth functioning, standardize processes and reduce dependency on individuals.
¢ Review SOP/checklist implementation, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions with department heads.
¢ Use ChatGPT/AI tools for business research, analysis, meeting summaries, SOP drafting, checklists, reporting, brainstorming and productivity improvement.
¢ Prepare presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, business reviews and decision-support documents for the Founder.
¢ Collect and analyze business data from departments and convert it into insights, risks, trends and recommendations.
¢ Coordinate with HR on manpower planning, hiring, recruitment status, interviews, onboarding and organization initiatives.
¢ Coordinate with Accounts/Finance on reports, cost information, receivables/payables follow-up, budgets and financial action points as assigned.
¢ Work closely with Operations to understand processes, identify issues, monitor execution and drive process improvements.
¢ Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, business development activities, market research, lead/action tracking and growth initiatives.
¢ Support the Founder in overall business strategy, annual/quarterly priorities, departmental targets and growth plans.
¢ Conduct research on competitors, customers, markets, suppliers and business opportunities and prepare decision-support summaries.
¢ Track KPIs and major business initiatives and highlight delays, risks and areas requiring Founder intervention.
¢ Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, employee, customer and strategic information.
¢ Handle professional communication, emails and coordination on behalf of the Founder whenever required.

AI / CHATGPT & DIGITAL PRODUCTIVITY SKILLS
¢ Strong practical knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools for business productivity and problem solving.
¢ Ability to convert meeting discussions into structured minutes, action trackers, SOPs, checklists and management reports using AI-assisted workflows.
¢ Ability to use AI for research, data interpretation, presentations, professional emails, brainstorming and process improvement.
¢ Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS INVOLVEMENT
This is a high-ownership Founders Office role. The selected candidate should not be limited to one department and must be comfortable working across HR & Hiring, Accounts/Finance, Operations, Marketing and other business functions. The person will help connect departmental execution with the companys overall strategy, efficiency and growth objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
¢ MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Management, Finance, Strategy, Operations or a related field.
¢ 38 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, PMO, Founders Office, operations or leadership support roles.
¢ Prior experience with reputed MNCs / consulting / corporate environments such as Capgemini, KPMG or similar organizations is preferred.
¢ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, documentation and follow-up skills.
¢ Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Workspace.
¢ Strong ability to create trackers, MIS, dashboards, meeting agendas and action plans.
¢ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate with urgency.
¢ High level of professionalism, discretion, ownership, integrity and confidentiality.

PREFERRED PROFILE
¢ Experience working directly with Founders, CXOs or Senior Leadership.
¢ Exposure to business strategy, operations, process improvement and corporate governance.
¢ Consulting, corporate strategy, PMO or Founders Office background is a strong advantage.
¢ A proactive person who can identify problems without waiting for instructions and drive them toward closure.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
Success will be measured by the ability to convert Founder-level discussions into clear execution, ensure departmental follow-up, build practical SOPs/checklists, improve cross-functional coordination, provide reliable business insights and support measurable business growth.
