Business Analyst

Job Summary

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across program operations.

Responsibilities

• Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze current registration workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Coordinate with QA teams for test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
• Support integrations with payment gateways, CRM, ERP, identity management (SSO), email/SMS services, and reporting systems.
• Define business rules for registrations, eligibility, waitlists, accommodation, cancellations, refunds, discounts, and communications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, sprint reviews, and release planning.
• Monitor production issues, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Prepare user documentation, SOPs, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
• Analyze registration metrics and recommend improvements to enhance participant experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience preparing BRDs, FRS, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Skills

• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
