Primary Skills:
Strong Business Analysis capabilities with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Strong experience in BRD, FRD, user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on AI/ML projects
Strong understanding of requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation
Experience working in Agile / Scrum / cross-functional teams
Strong UAT leadership experience, including:
UAT planning
Test execution coordination
Defect management
Business validation
UAT sign-off
Ability to maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, and release
Ability to align scope, priorities, requirements, and success criteria across multiple stakeholders
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Hands-on knowledge of Jira and Confluence
