Business/Data Analyst
Role Summary
Provide analytical insights across product, growth, partnerships, operations and risk. Build dashboards, analyze user funnels, and drive data-led decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build funnel, cohort, CAC/LTV, retention, pricing and conversion dashboards.
- Run SQL queries to extract and analyse key behavioural datasets.
- Work with Growth to optimise campaigns and attribution.
- Work with Product to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
- Build experimentation measurement frameworks (A/B tests).
- Support Partnerships with partner performance MIS.
Requirements
- 25 years in data/business analytics roles.
- Strong SQL knowledge; comfortable with Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of marketing analytics, cohorts and product metrics.
- Ability to convert data into stories for decisionmaking.
Location: Mumbai
