Business Analyst

About the role

A Business Analyst role that bridges business problems and technology solutions. You will conduct gap analysis by understanding business requirements and developing appropriate technology solutions, while collaborating with the Application Development team to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide appropriate and effective solutions aligned with business goals and objectives
• Act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions
• Conduct gap analysis by understanding business requirements and developing appropriate technology solutions
• Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions
• Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and execute SIT (System Integration Testing) plans and test cases
• Support UAT, training, and implementation activities to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify potential risks and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and manage key project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Business Case Documents, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents
• Work collaboratively with all project team members

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong root-cause analysis capabilities across strategic, business, and system perspectives
• Strong commitment to achieving project objectives and deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in project management
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
