We're partnering with a large consumer business on a multi-year technology transformation, looking for a contract Business Analyst . The programme is consolidating a fragmented estate and standardising how things are done across the group. It's early days, the team is lean and the structure is still being shaped.

As a Business Analyst , you'd be working across different parts of the business to understand how things currently run, where the duplication sits and how processes and data should be defined going forward. It's hands-on and there's plenty of scope to shape the approach.

As a contract Business Analyst you'll be competent in:

• Process mapping and requirements gathering across multiple business functions
• Working with data definitions that differ department to department and getting to an agreed version
• Working autonomously in an unstructured environment with limited process in place
• Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within a retail/consumer business is an excellent advantage.

If you're a well-versed Business Analyst with the above abilities, apply below or get in touch with Hannah Coton at Formula Recruitment.
