Roles and Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in motor insurance policies.
Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the general insurance industry.
Develop use cases and BRD documents to communicate technical specifications to development teams.

Job Requirements :

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the general insurance industry.
Strong understanding of FRD (Functional Requirement Document) and Use Case modeling techniques.
Experience working on Motor Insurance projects, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
