Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain API documentation.
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams.
- Manage project documentation using Confluence and JIRA.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in BRD/FRS documentation.
- User story authoring and requirement analysis.
- API documentation and integration understanding.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Mandatory BFSI domain experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
