What they need

Roles and Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for IT projects, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software applications using Agile methodologies.
Analyze complex business problems and identify solutions that meet customer needs through data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of new systems or changes to existing ones.

Job Requirements :

3-4 years of experience in a similar role as Business Analyst or related field (e.g., technical consulting).
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum) as well as Waterfall methodology.
Proficiency in creating clear, concise user stories from high-level requirements documents like BRDs or FRDs.
