What they need
- Clearly communicate business requirements, process changes, system issues, and proposed solutions to business, IT, vendors, and management. Conduct requirement-gathering and review meetings effectively.
- Accuracy and clarity of documentation; timely submission; minimum rework
- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed SRS documents covering functional requirements, business rules, workflows, validations, integrations, reports, user roles, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and optimize workflows across Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) to improve TAT, reduce manual intervention, eliminate process gaps, and enhance user experience.
- Coordinate with technology/system vendors for requirement discussions, issue resolution, enhancements, testing, implementation, and support. Track vendor deliverables and timelines.
- Regularly review LOS/LMS processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, cost reduction, improved controls, and better customer experience.
