Business Analyst

• S1 Information System
• 3-5 years experience in a DMS or SFA implementation project [ini ga jadi mandatory, soalnya di market cukup sulit]
• Aware about system to system integration
• Strong in business analyst and have a detail oriented and structure thinker
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
• Able to translate business need into solution specifications, functional documents and configuration requirements
• Familiarity with collaborations tools in Jira
• Competent in analyzing data to identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunity
• Strong communications abilities with project stakeholders, Steerco, Distributor team
• Strong problem solving mindset as well as ability to work with both technical teams and business users
