• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows.
• Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop process-improvement recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility assessments.
• Develop process maps and documentation.
• Support technology and system implementation projects.
• Develop business and performance reports.
• Monitor project and process outcomes.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years' business-analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or process-modelling tools is an advantage.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certification is an advantage.
