Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• Software Development Requirement Document (SDRD)
• Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Stakeholder Management
• Utilize your expertise to model business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficieny gains and automation opportunities
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of networks, databases, and other relevant technologies to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
• Problem Solving.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Display a meticulous approach to your work, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
• Utilize your organizational skills to manage project requirements and changes e
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years plus of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Outsourcing Company.
• Experience working with Finance, Fintech Project is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven facilitation skills with experience in writing SDRDs and FSDs.
• Familiarity with requirements engineering and stakeholder analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business structures and processes modeling.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira/Trello or related task management tools.
• Proactive and fast learner, able to adapt to high-pressure work environments.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Good understanding of UI/UX (web and mobile) and the website development process.
• Good communication in English is a plus.
