About the role
A Business Analyst role focused on analyzing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency, gathering business requirements from stakeholders, and designing solutions across business and technical dimensions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and improve Business Process to increase work efficiency
- Gather and analyze Business Requirements from Stakeholders
- Prepare Business Process Model, Process Flow, Use Case and related documentation
- Analyze data and prepare SQL Query
- Design and present solution approaches for both Business and Technical aspects
- Coordinate with IT team and relevant departments
- Present analysis results and recommendations to Stakeholders and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience in Business Process Modeling & Documentation
- Able to use SQL and have Data Analysis skills
- Skills in Requirement Gathering, Documentation and Stakeholder Management
- Good communication in Thai and English
- Experience in Corporate Banking will be considered specially
