Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Order Management & Intimation

• Monitor and track customer orders from order receipt to dispatch.
• Ensure timely processing and updating of customer orders in the relevant systems/files.
• Track pending, delayed and missing orders and highlight them to the concerned Sales team.
• Ensure timely sharing of dispatch details, COA and other relevant customer documents.
• Maintain accurate and updated order status records.

B. Complaint Management

• Maintain a consolidated tracker of customer complaints and service issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Production, Logistics and other functions for complaint resolution.
• Track the status and ageing of customer complaints.
• Analyse recurring complaints and identify trends for management review.
• Prepare periodic complaint MIS and highlight critical/long-pending cases.

C. Business Analysis & Market Intelligence

• Prepare regular analysis of sales, orders, dispatches, pending orders and missing orders.
• Conduct fortnightly and monthly business performance analysis.
• Analyse customer-wise, product-wise, region-wise and period-wise sales data.
• Identify sales trends, gaps, variances and business opportunities.
• Analyse export and other business data as required by management.
• Prepare management reports and presentations based on business data.

D. CSD Dashboard & Customer Feedback

• Prepare and maintain the Customer Service Dashboard.
• Consolidate customer feedback received from the Sales team and customers.

E. Sales Team Support & Business Execution

• Provide timely data and analytical support to the Sales team.
• Maintain daily visibility of pending, missing and upcoming customer orders.
• Share regular updates on material availability and vehicle/dispatch status.
