The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Technology team and help deliver digital solutions and process improvements that drive real business value.
 
What You’ll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and specifications
• Map current and future state processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Support delivery across projects, working with stakeholders and technical teams
• Help ensure solutions are fit for purpose and deliver value

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
