Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in trade settlements processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems or enhance existing ones related to trade life cycle management.
• Develop business cases for process improvements, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
• Provide expert guidance on derivative markets, fixed income instruments, equity derivatives, and other financial products.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in capital markets or investment banking industry.
• Strong understanding of the derivative market, including trading operations and settlement procedures.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data using tools such as Excel or specialized software (e.g., Bloomberg).
• Experience working with IT teams to develop solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
