5+ years as a Business Analyst in software/tech
Proven requirements engineering (user stories, acceptance criteria)
3+ years managing stakeholders across business and tech
Experience analyzing API integrations and data mappings
Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL data analysis
Experience in Agile delivery environments

What You'll Do

Elicit and document complex business requirements for global markets
Translate needs into technical specifications and user stories
Map third-party integrations and data flows
Partner with engineering on backlog refinement and sprint planning
