Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Python, Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Industry and/or F&B industry.
Strong understanding of Business Analytics principles and practices.
Proficiency in Python programming language; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel is required.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as B.C.A. (Data Science) or B.B.A./B.M.S. (Business Analytics).
The candidate should have understanding of the retail/F&B business process, needs, etc.
