Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• 1、Partner with clients to diagnose business pain points, deconstruct core issues and define actionable solutions, and drive end-to-end solution implementation to ensure project delivery against predefined business outcomes.
• 2、Leverage qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies, professional tools and industry best practices to conduct in-depth business analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project modules efficiently and accurately.
• 3、Maintain regular and effective communication with client teams, present project progress and deliverables at all project stages, iterate solutions promptly based on client feedback, and ensure high-quality project delivery to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from renowned domestic and international universities, with 1-3 years of relevant consulting experience, or over 1 year of industry research experience in consumer, internet, healthcare, hard tech and other sectors.
• Strong curiosity about new things and excellent learning agility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teamwork.
• Proficiency in various information retrieval, data analysis and written presentation tools and methodologies.
