We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Asset Based Lending (ABL), Corporate/Commercial Lending, and Loan IQ. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Technology Teams, and Lending Operations to define business requirements, create functional documentation, and deliver borrower-facing digital solutions. The role requires deep domain knowledge of lending processes, strong documentation capabilities, and experience working in Agile product organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Create and maintain:

• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

• Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)

• Functional Specifications

• Process Flow Diagrams

• Workflow Documents

• Data Mapping Specifications

• API Specifications

• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs.

• Ensure requirements are traceable from business needs through implementation.

Lending Domain Expertise

• Analyze and optimize Asset Based Lending and Commercial Lending processes.
• Support lending lifecycle activities including onboarding, loan servicing, collateral management, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to improve borrower and lender experience.
• Work extensively with Loan IQ and related lending platforms.

Solution Design & Product Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers to shape product roadmap and solution vision.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and sign-offs.

Technical Understanding

Strong knowledge of:

• REST APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• SaaS Platforms
• Angular-based Web Portals
• Cloud-Native Applications
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• System Integration Patterns
• Data Flow & API Integrations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Based Lending, Commercial Lending, or Corporate Banking.
• Hands-on experience with Loan IQ.
• Experience designing borrower-facing digital portals.
• Strong understanding of the complete Asset Based Lending lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
