Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing data and processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting business decisions with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis when required.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support project planning, implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with data and prepare meaningful business reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
