Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst (preferably at a Senior level) to support critical SAP initiatives and business process implementations. This role is responsible for bridging business requirements and technical systems, with a strong focus on SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM), interface design, file transfer protocols, mapping, and functional specification documentation. The ideal candidate is a highly structured analytical professional capable of managing end-to-end testing, report design, and complex interface analysis to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface Analysis & Design: Perform detailed interface analysis and design; draft comprehensive technical and functional specifications for system interfaces.
• SAP Process Support (OTC, MM & EWM): Drive Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes from Sales Order to Billing in SAP SD, manage movement types in SAP MM, and support SAP EWM functionality.
• Reporting & Functional Documentation: Gather business reporting needs and write detailed functional specifications and specifications for custom reports.
• Data & System Mapping: Map standard SAP tables and BAPIs to ensure seamless data flow across internal and external systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing to ensure solution stability.
• File Transfer & Integration Management: Oversee interface formats and file transfer protocols across diverse integrated application networks.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Technical & Interface Mastery: You understand complex data mappings, file formats, and transfer protocols, enabling you to design robust system-to-system integrations.
• Methodical Specification & Documentation: You excel at translating complex business needs into clear, structured functional specifications for reports and interfaces.
• Execution & Quality Focus: You maintain high standards for system functionality through rigorous SIT, UAT, and regression testing before go-live.

Qualifications

• SAP Module Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP SD (OTC process from Sales Order to Billing), SAP MM (understanding of different SAP Movement Types), and SAP EWM.
• Interface Analysis & Data Mapping: Demonstrated experience in writing specifications for interfaces, along with hands-on experience in SAP mapping (Standard Tables / BAPIs).
• Interface Formats & Protocols: Working knowledge of interface formats (IDoc, XML, X12, EDIFACT, CSV) and file transfer protocols (API, CPI, SFTP, AS2).
• Reporting & Documentation: Proven track record in documentation, writing functional specifications, and preparing specs for reports.
• Testing Experience: Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Core Skills: Deep business process knowledge and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
