Job Description

Seguimos Tech S.A. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, processes, customer data, and operational performance to help the company improve its CRM and marketing automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements and work closely with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and management to deliver effective technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
• Analyze customer, sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development teams.
• Create process flows, business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and other departments.
• Support CRM and marketing automation projects from planning through implementation.
• Monitor project requirements and help ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Identify potential risks, gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, processes, and system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical or functional requirements.
• Knowledge of business-process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, or business intelligence systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or comparable data-analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, customer analytics, or sales operations.
• Experience working with technology or software-development teams.
• Intermediate or advanced English communication skills.
