Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with business teams to collect, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Translate requirements into detailed and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that clearly communicate business needs to UX/UI designers and developers
• Conduct thorough gap analyses between current processes and proposed solutions, identifying opportunities for enhancements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Managers (PM), UX/UI designers, and developers, facilitating effective and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present clear and concise documentation and templates for grooming sessions to streamline discussions and decision-making processes
• Support the mini squad in planning, tracking, and executing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of milestones
• Work closely with technical teams throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented
• Provide support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of core insurance and loan system parameters to effectively guide requirement discussions and solution designs
• Manage diverse stakeholders with varying levels of technical and business knowledge, confidently addressing conflicts and discrepancies in requirements to arrive at optimal solutions

Qualiification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proven experience in business analysis, specifically in digital product development
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and mobile application design
• Proficiency with database management systems, particularly SQL Server
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and proactive behavior
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile frameworks and practices
• Confidence in managing interactions with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and developers
