🛠️ The Challenge

• Gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements with internal and external stakeholders

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear specifications for architecture, development, and QA teams

• Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management, and operational/regulatory reporting

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including use cases, process flows, high-level data models, and business manuals

• Define and validate acceptance criteria and support the preparation of business and certification test cases

• Participate in pilots with users and participants, validating proposed solutions

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping clarify requirements and manage expectations

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

🔎 What you bring to the table

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Fluent English communication skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements

• Strong experience writing clear and structured functional specifications

• Knowledge of data and integration concepts, including APIs, messaging, and file-based integrations

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
