• Manage stakeholders' expectation on project requirements and delivery timelines.
• Motivate application vendor and subordinates to achieve objectives.
• Coach the team in participating collaboration, accountability and visibility.
• Work with multitasking skills, and work under pressure.
• Think analytically and higher level.
• Liaise different IT teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Build holistic knowledge base for the application owned, and have a full picture of the support model. Requirements:
• Education – University graduate in computer science or equivalent
• Experience – 5 years with business analysis experience in IT domain.
• IT development experience is a must;
• Understand and experienced in SDLC;
• Understand and experienced in Agile;
• Basic insurance is preferred;
• IT Skill set: development language, & database (SQL queries) experience Soft Skills:
• Eyes on details with patient.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think over the long-term, applying a strategic focus completing large-scale change projects
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and work independently
