Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, reporting, and process improvement. The successful candidate will work with internal teams to analyze information, identify operational needs, and help improve day-to-day business processes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Analyze business processes, operational data, and internal workflows
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather and document business requirements
- Assist with project planning and operational initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and support regular reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous business analysis or administrative experience is an asset
Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
