Business Analyst

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Singapore

Experience: 2–4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with data teams to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik and SAS.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in preparing business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Conduct testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support for business users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and SAS for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Exposure to banking/financial services domain will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is desirable.
