What they need
What you'll do:
Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Analyse processes and data to identify gaps and improvements
Work with developers, QA and product teams to deliver solutions
Create wireframes, process flows and functional specs
Build reports and dashboards to support decisions
Support UAT and keep stakeholders updated
What we're looking for:
23 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
Strong SQL and Excel; Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have: Visio/Lucidchart experience, BFSI/e-commerce/SaaS exposure, CBAP/CCBA or Agile certification.
