Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams in Portugal. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles, methodologies, and techniques ;
• Proven experience gathering, analysing, documenting, and validating business requirements;
• Experience producing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation ;
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions;
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and data analysis practices;
• Experience designing logical and conceptual data models ;
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation;
• Experience supporting testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and UAT cycles;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus;
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau , or other data visualization tools is a plus;
• Business Analysis certifications such as IIBA-ECBA, IIBA-AAC, or PMI-PBA are valued;
• Fluent English is mandatory.
