Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and Management teams to transform business data into actionable insights, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, experience working with large datasets, and hands-on knowledge of Power BI, data visualization, AI tools, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and decision quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance to build and maintain revenue reporting across schools and product segments

• Develop structured data capture and reporting frameworks to support revenue analysis

• Deliver actionable insights on sales performance, trends, and growth opportunities

• Design and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Excel) for management reporting

• Design and optimise sales commission schemes and incentive plans

• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, streamlined processes

• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance frameworks

• Assess and optimise workflows across Customer Service, Sales Administration, and ES / operational support teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or related areas.
• Experience handling large datasets and complex business data models.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and data modelling.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or automation technologies will be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, Power Platform, or related analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience in education, publishing, SaaS, or B2B environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
