Business Analyst

Are you passionate about bridging business needs and technology solutions? We're looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team and help drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Review and assess client requirements and proposed system changes
• Prepare, review, and facilitate sign-off of BRD, SOW, acceptance criteria, and other project documents
• Conduct meetings and workshops with clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with application development projects
• Strong documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Insurance or Financial Services
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of application development standards, concepts, and technologies
• Experience in preparing technical and business requirement documentation
