Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance across sales, product, campaign, and operations to identify key trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor key business metrics including transaction amount, transaction count, revenue, cost, gross profit, productivity, conversion, VAS contribution, campaign performance, and risk indicators.
• Conduct actual vs target / budget analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support business planning, forecasting, target setting, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate campaign, promotion, and commercial initiatives, including ROI and business impact.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and business performance monitoring tools.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on priority business issues and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Campaign, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to support business decisions and implementation.
• Ensure data logic, calculation methodology, and reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and well documented.
• Support ad-hoc business analysis, management presentations, and strategic projects as required
