The position demands extensive research, collection, and synthesis of relevant information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration across various departments is essential to ensure that the designed processes and systems effectively meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes.

• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with process modeling and business analysis frameworks.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

• A 15 years full time education is required.
