1 Lead requirements elicitation and analysis by conducting workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions to define business needs and solution outcomes.

2 Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and other business analysis artefacts.

3 Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technology

delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

4 Analyse and optimise business processes by identifying improvement opportunities, designing future-state processes, and supporting change initiatives.
