Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements in pension administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in life insurance and financial services.
• Develop strong relationships with clients across Europe and EMEA regions, understanding their challenges and providing tailored consulting services.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to pension administration.

Job Requirements :

• 6-13 years of experience in business analysis or a related field within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, including pension plans, annuities, and other retirement savings vehicles.
• Experience working with clients in Europe or EMEA region; familiarity with local regulations governing pension administration is essential.
