Roles & Responsibilities :

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collect, evaluate, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets using SQL/Excel to identify trends and insights.

• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.

• Solution Support: Assist in designing and implementing data-backed business solutions.

• Analyze data and build dashboards/reports to track key business metrics.

• Translate business questions into structured analytical problems.

• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-making.

• Document business requirements, definitions, and process flows.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.

• Strong SQL and Excel proficiency

• Experience with dashboards/visualization tools (eg, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate business questions into data analysis

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
