Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy and supply chain management, to develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Design and implement new modules or enhancements to existing systems using module testing techniques.
• Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented changes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the medical services industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
